Domain Controller Error: Please Help

I keep getting the logs below on a DC I recently brought into our Forest.
From what I've read on some discussion groups, its list as a "normal"
error.

The only problem we have is that we recently installed Microsoft Services
for Netware, and everytime we reboot the server the MSDSS service fails to
start and we have to start it manually. My first hunch is that my MSDSS
error is related to these logs...any help will be appreciated.

This was already answered in one of previous threads. Can you reply there,
