Domain computer to user computer

I have personal computer which is like domain. when i use
administrator user name password at that time computer
when is want to shutdown no problem but when i user other
user name and password at that time when i want to
shutdown the computer at that time there is only logoff
so how can i slove this

Your post is very hard to follow but, you can create a shutdown.bat with
these commands. Then use task scheduler to run the command using the
Administrator username and password.
