Hi,
I have 3 Domains setup, Two Win2k domains and One NT4 domain.
There is bi-directional Trust setup for all 3 domains. The probplem is if
users from the win2k domain try to access shared resource in the NT4 domain
they are unable to get authenticated and therefore unable to map the shared
drives.
The only way they can map the drives is to connect with a users credentials
belonging to the NT4 domain. All the trust has been verified and working.
What am I missing here??
Thanks

Were you able to add the user from the W2k domain to the resource (shared
drive) in the NT4 domain?
Did you remove the Everyone Group? If you did, make sure you allow
AUthenticated users from the W2k domain and give them Change permissions to
the resource in the NT4 side.

See if that helps, else post back with some more info on how you went about
configuring this.
