I have 3 Domain Controllers and one domain, call them A,
B, and C. in the domain "mywork.int". The other two
servers, B, and C are located in different cities, and
the whole network is linked with DSL and Cisco
Firewalls.
When the DSL and Cisco Firewalls are all working
normally, the network works great, and I have no
problems.
Here's my problem... When the network goes down between
locations, any workstations located where DC's B or C are
located, cannot authenticate. I cannot add new
workstations to the domain, or log in. It seems that the
DC's B and C, are not fully configured to authenticate if
they loose connection to the primary DC (A).
I spent a lot of money paying a network engineer to set
this up in case a network failure occurred, and I was
learning as he set everything up. However If I unplug
any of the 2 secondary networks from the internet,
authentication fails. Any suggestions on how I fix this
problem?
