Everything seems to work fine, but I get this doink sound
at the final load of windows, is it telling me i have an
error somewhere? Everything seems to work fine!

It's just a "doink". If Windows is working, as you say, "fine", ignore it.
You can go to "Control Panel" >Sounds and configure whatever sounds you
want. I use "None". It's up to you.

LOL, JAX

Or, to avoid the massive system damage MSConfig is capable
of, by way of Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event
Viewer, You can see exactly what is causing the 'Doink'.
Cross-reference the SYSTEM time with your logon and seek
out any Errors listed there. They are very difficult to
miss. Highlight the error and press <Enter>, which pulls a
Dialog Box, listing the Faulting Application and any error
codes associated with said Fault. Use that Code to search
the MS-KB site for the proper Patch, not a workaround.

Hi,

Yep, that's what it means: Something loading at startup is getting an error.
See if this helps pinpoint it:
