How do you do a "save as" from an existing file? I can't find the prompt like
they had in the earlier versions of Word (under "File" in the toolbar). Also,
how do you close a Word doc without closing the entire program? That's what
happens when I click on the small 'x' in the top right corner. Thanks.

Hi Tom,

In Word 2007 the Office logo button on the upper left replaces the 'File' menu from prior versions of Word and has both Save As and
Close(document) commands listed. You can right click on either one and select
'Add to Quick Access Toolbar'
to have them always available to you at the top of the screen.

The Pizza in the top left corner is (almost) the equivalent of the old File
Menu. (It's not just a pretty logo, but it isn't exactly obvious!). Alt+F
will still open it just as ALt+F opened the File menu before.
