Dogwaffle Free Creative Prog for XP Vista etc.

For anyone who likes to try their hand at being creative with their PC, this FREE programme is great fun to use. I first downloaded it a couple of years ago, but it has now been up-graded. You can use it's various tools to create pictures, etc. and it can be used on all Windows OS from 95 through to Vista. Here is a short extract from the website:
