Heard about this on Facebook appx. 3 hours before it came on here.

I can't believe that some cultures are so backward that they still allow this.

No, it just means that some countries' governments are just stupid. That's all. And what's worse is he's apparently going to do this 'art' again next year, apparently, but according to the Facebook group the various animal protection groups have found some way to legally stop him...

I mean, I don't know much about Costa Rica, (I have never been abroad except for 6 hours in Calais), but I certainly wouldn't go there now. There's enough wrong with this country, why would anyone willingly go somewhere that has no power against something like that!
