doesn't print arial font

My printer doens't print Arial Font. Everything else
prints just fine, even arial when its in bold or italics.
Got any idea on how to fix this.

I tried to delete the font to put a new copy of it in but
my computer won't let me delete the font. It says its in
use.

Also the arial .ttf replacement file that i have is from
XP and i have 2000. If I am able to get the old one
deleted will using the XP file work for me.

nevermind i fixed it, i had to sign in as administrator
to be able to delete the old file
