doesn't open in new window

Can anybody help me? Thanks already.

Explorer 6 doesn't open a new window. When I am directed automatically to a
new window, I can see it for a fraction of a second on the bottom of my
screen (in the blue section), but then it disappears immediately.

Do you have any anti-popup window programmes or anti-advertisement
programmes running? If so, turn them off.
