Doesn't find the spyware!

I run Microsoft's Beta Anti-Spyware program first thing
after starting up, but even performing a full scan, it
tells me there are no threats; I then follow up with smart
scans from Spybot, AdAware and SpySubtract - which, put
together, find an average daily total of 25 spyware
programs on my system! What's the problem?

1. It's Beta
2. It does not care about tracking cookies and Adaware and
Spybot S&D both do.

Restart the computer in safe mode, on the Scan Page choose Scan Options >
Full System Scan and run at least two times, also remember to disable system
restore before going to safe and re-enable after going back into Normal
mode.

They are probably finding cookies, which this program doesn't check yet.

Look near the bottom of this page
http://spywarewarrior.com/asw-test-results-1.htm and you
will see what is going on, which most people don't
realize. NO anti-spyware application detects everything,
beta or not. It is just impossible. Also, be careful of
removing stuff that only one scanner detects, when other
anti-spyware programs do not detect it. Always learn
about the detected item by searching online before
removing it unless you already are familiar with the
detected item.
