Doesn't do Daosearch

I've run Giant Antispyware a number of times now. Each
time I get a "clean" run, indicating there is no spyware,
I pull up my browser, only to find that daosearch has
once again inserted itself. No matter how many times
Giant cleans it off, it reappears. Obviously, Giant
isn't finding the original program file. Not a very good
recommendation. Anyone out there know how to defeat
Daosearch?
 
Sounds like a BHO to me, here are some removal instructions for Browser
Helper Objects:
Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at Start Up;

Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet Files C:\Documents

and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder ;

Run the scan while in safe mode;

If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-ons, and uncheck any

BHO's that you don't recognize.
