does word office student ed 2003 have web page wizard

Am student and old one taking on line course and book calls to use Web page
wizard and I can,t get it can it be down loaded or is it only in word 2000?

I find the file Webpage.wiz at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office for
Word 2000. If you cannot locate this file on your machine, please see my
profile and contact me off list for further assistance.
