Does Windows Update automatically remove SP2 RC update?

I understand that Vista SP2 RC update has to be uninstalled before
installing SP2 RTM update(when bcomes available). Does the Windows
Update automatically uninstall SP2 RC update or does it has to be done
manually?

I don't know of a beta package yet that was automatically uninstalled when
the RTM version came out. Uninstall manually. I could be surprised by
Microsoft but I doubt it.
