does Wave format support G.726?
if it's, then what is the wave header struct?
Can you give me a example?

No. Wave format is Windows PCM.
WAV format includes many algorithm such as: PCM, Intel adpcm, microsoft

It would be nice if your original question had more substance
to it. As this is a Windows forum, the typical answer would be
that the *Windows* wave format would be Windows PCM, also known
as Microsoft ADPCM Format, which you had obviously noted.
In general, if G.726 follows ADPCM convention, even if it might
be a proprietary format, then it can be so defined. Use Google
to search for the answer for your specific question...a little
bit esoteric here.
