Does VS2008 need a key?

I have managed to get the down-load under way, will take a chunk of the
night.

Does it need a key, there's nothing showing in he subscriber keys list and
from memory the previous version had a 'built in' key.
 
The key is embedded in the download, as per usual for VS.
