Does Visual Basic 6.0 runtime come with WinXP Home Ed?

I am new to WinXP and I want to download some software
that requires the Visual Basic 6.0 runtime.

Does Windows XP Home Edition come with Visual Basic 6.0
runtime already installed, or do I need to download and
install it myself?

VB's Runtime Redistribution Pack was released before XP was released, but
works for all versions of Windows to install the latest files required by
applications developed using Visual Basic 6 :-)
