No. What you see is what you get. Nothing is assummed, you have to include
the path to every folder that has executables that you want to add.
C:\WINDOWS does not include system32, for example, unless system32 is typed
in, C:\WINDOWS\system32. System32 does not include Wbem, for example,
unless it is typed in, C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem.
Open a command prompt, type path hit Enter and see what's already there.
