Does the PST file have everything that I need?

I am going to change versions of Office from the 2000 version to the
2003. I was going to copy the outlook.pst file to a separate folder,
then uninstall 2000, then install 2003, then copy the outlook.pst file
back to the 2003 folder.

Are there any problems that I should anticipate BEFORE taking these
steps?

Will the action of copying over the outlook.pst file be adequate for
moving from the 2000 version to the 2003 version, or are there other
steps to consider?

One last question is this, do I want to also Import the archive.pst file
into the new 2003 folder?

TIA.

Thanks. That's just what I needed.
