Well, I live in Mexico, I think it's no important. Weeks before I had a worm in my computer, I noticed it to Norton and they told me to remove the file cmd32, that was located in the system folder, but i don't know if it is related with printing. days after i had erased the file i experienced problems with my printer, a brother hl-1240, sometimes it prints only the first pages of my document or it doesn't work. this is firs it was in word but my corel draw 10 but now i can't print. i've tried the solutionts posted in the windows help but they doesn't help. if the file is necessary i would like to know where to get it. Any help will be welcome.
