I tried RC1 & RC2 and it would crash so bad on each version.

I hope the bugs were ironed out.

Well the drivers are released and certified for X1300 Radeon and X1300
Mobility so they should be OK.

Latest ones are Jan 29th 2007
Catalyst® 7.1 Display Driver for Windows Vista (32 bit)
"Microsoft WHQL certified"

I have the Radeon X1300 Series Video Card PCI-E and it works great with
Vista. Haven't had any problems other then the computer not bringing the
monitor back online after it has stopped sending signal to it for the
monitor to go into power saving mode. But other then that, I haven't had
any issues with it.

I have an ATI x1300 Pro (w/256mb) and it works great with the drivers
provided on the Vista install disk.
Tried installing the latest ATI Catalyst Control Center, and my machine
became very unstable, so I rolled-back to the original driver. Now all is
well.
