We did a *very* simple project (over a year ago - so I can't remember
all the details) that used RSM.
At that time we couldn't find any kind of managed interface. We solved
the bulk of our requirements using the RSM.EXE command line - called
using the Process class and capturing the StandardOutput. This worked
better than expected - it's there for scripting I believe.
We only needed to make a couple of API calls - where RSM.EXE didn't
expose the command we needed.
