Does PPC's media player has SDK like windows media player SDK?

No there is no SDK for Windows Media Player for Pocket PC. For Pocket PC
2002 there was an ActiveX control released, but to host this in .NETCF
requires a third party COM Interop package. The ActiveX control has not been
updated to support Pocket PC 2003.
