Don Dean

I am thnking of upgraqding from PP03 to PP07 and was wondering if when you
install PP07 does it overwrite PP03 or does it leave it as is so you end up
with both versions on your computer. Would like to have access to both.

Don,
When you install Office 2007 you will be presented with the option to
install the new version alongside the old one.
So, no worries everything will work fine.

Thanks Luc

Now I am confused about something else.
I have not installed any version of Office on my computer, although I do
have MS Office Tools and MS Works .

PP03 was my first PP installation and I also have WORD, so I would assume
the Tools must have been installed when I installed one of these two apps.

Should I be OK to upgrade to PP07 with just the TOOLS, or will I actually
need to buy and install a full version of Office 2007?

If I don't have to have a full version 0ffice 2007, is there a compelling
reason why I should conmsider having it?

Thanks.

Dear Don Dean,

What Luc said, but I'd recommend creating a new folder within your program
files, then saving the 2007 program in that new folder when prompted.
