Does P4C800-E come with standoffs?

I received my new P4C-800E from NewEgg today. The box was not sealed, and I
could not find any standoffs included with the board. There is no mention
of standoffs in the Owner's Manual.

It seems wrong not to use standoffs, I guess because I've never done that.
Is this mobo supposed to use standoffs?

Yes, sure - but aren't they usually supposed to come with the case? I
never received standoffs with a mobo, no matter the manufacturer.

I have the same board but they dont come with it, got mine with the case
which is pretty standard I thought.

Asus boards are never sealed, unless it's some special edition with a lot of
other things included. If an Asus board IS sealed, it's because the
reseller decided to shrink wrap it. This is coming from a computer
techinician that has opened many many original Asus boxes with the packing
straps still attached.

Standoffs come with the case. Since the height varies, it is important to
use the standoffs supplied with the case. Otherwise you may have
installation problems.
