Does Outlook synchronize mails in the real mailbox?

After deleting mails and creating new folders in Outlook, I don't see any
changes in my real mailbox. It is also the same for reading mails. For
example, when I read an email in Outlook, it is marked read in Outlook, but
is not it the real mailbox. How to solve this problem? I want to make the
same changes in both Outlook and my real mailbox. That means whenever I read,
delete, or create mails on one place, it will be the same for the other. I'm
using Outlook 2010 (Techinical preview). Thank you.

'real mailbox'? - presumably you mean web mail?
Then what type of mail account is it, pop, imap or>
PS There's no such thing as real mailbox, mail is on your ISP server, and
how you configure outlook depends on the type of account
