Does Outlook PocketPC 2002 support folders?

Synchronizing my work Outlook XP which have few contacts
folders to my iPaq, is not synchronizing the folders but
only the contacts which are directly under "Contacts".
is there a way to synchronize all folders at the same
structure as in my work desktop?
