There is a feature to share Calendars but is there a feature to share
"Emails" in Outlook 2007 or Business Contact Manager?

Do I "have to" have an Exchange Server?

What about syncing up to the new Office Live on-line? Any optios to share
my Emails that way?

Thanks

BCM database only contains some data about emails and that's what gets
shared, not the emails themselves. That's the case with all items
(tasks, appointments) stored by Outlook, BCM only links to them.

I think the original intent with Office Live was that their business
conatct manager would synchronize with BCM in Outlook, but what's on
Office Live today doesn't.

So there is no way you know of to "share" the inbox of BCM?

I was trying to think outside the box by thinking I might sync the emails
with Live Office and share from there! How'd I do for my creative side?!

Why does the program share calendar but not email? Seems that if it shared
one, it at least "could" or "might" share the other? Doesnt it give you that
'gut' feeling?

Final Thought from anyone?

BCM doesn't have an Inbox. When you look at the list of folders in
Outlook, there are two top level nodes: Outlook's and BCM's. A BCM
shared database shares the folders under the BCM node: Business
Contacts, Opportunities, etc. BCM does not manage the the folders
under the Outlook node: Inbox, Outbox, Notes, etc.

Sharing an Exchange server is one way to share some of the folders
under the Outlook node. However, the Inbox is not typically shared, as
it is usually configured per user (email address). You could however
have a shared folder on Exchange and move the emails you want to share
from the Inbox to the shared folder. Office Live may also have shared
folder; I don't know.
