Does outlook calendars ever expire and need to be republished?

It seems like sometimes some people can see other's calendar appts and some
others can't, without republishing and resending as an invite to view? Does
the 90 day time frame have anything to do with that?

Are you publishing to the office online calendar service? If so, did you
configure your published calendar to update?
