Does Outlook 2007 provides seperate user accounts

Does Outlook 2007 provides seperate user accounts for seperate users on the
same computer? On a family computer I do not want the children to access
parents e-mail account, only their own.

You can do that since forever already; you can use separate Windows user
accounts and you can also use separate mail profiles when you only have one
user account.
