Does Outlook 2003 support Microsoft Mail

I need help to setup Microsoft Mail.
I had office 2000 and I have used Microsoft Mail for internal email for
years, it is still functioning. Now, I upgrade PC to XP and Office 2003.
I could not find any way to add Microsoft Mail?
Help!
