I want to know if your school uses punctuation and capitalization it sure
doesn't look like it i'm wondering why someone looking for help would not
make their message as clear as possible it boggles my mind and keeps me
awake at night goodness knows i need my beauty sleep please stop making my
head hurt

I had no problems understanding the question... sweet dreams. :)

Exchange 2000 supports instant messaging. Exchange 2003 doesn't - it uses
the live communication server for IM and other IP based messaging services.

Outlook integrates the windows messenger service and the exchange IM / live
comm. services.
