Does office XP come standard with front page or does this have to be
purchased seperarately? If it does come standard why has it not been
installed on my machine?

I guess you know why it isn't on your system. Did you ask your computer
sales rep whether or not you got Front Page with your computer? (I honestly
don't know of ANY computers that do come with FP but that doesn't mean that
one doesn't exist.)
