Thank you in advance if anyone can help me. I have win 2k
and I connected a microsof natural keyboard after I
installed a driver. After the computer rebooted, windows
does not see the keyboard or mouse. This means I cann't log
in to undo the damage. I tried booting last known good
configuration, tried automatic windows repair, and tried
plugging in a usb keyboard and all with the same
unsuccessful result. I'd like to not reinstall windows,
does anyone have a suggestion? Maybe someone knows how to
fix this problem using the repair console, aka DOS?

Thank you in advance,

Sam L

You've taken a few good steps here to troubleshoot your problem, but have
you tried Safe Mode? If you're really having a driver problem, booting to
Safe Mode should allow you to access your machine to repair it.
