I keep seeing all of these posts schlepping Norton, and just wondered if
there was anyone out there who isn't having major problems with it? And
does it matter which version of Norton is being used - e.go. 360, NIS,
Antivirus . . .?

Hi I ditched MacAfee as quick as I could and now used Norton. I have no
problems at all. I use Internet Security Suite 2007.2

Wrong use of "schlepping" -- schlepp means a laborious, tedious walk or trip.
Such as: "I've got to schlepp over to the liquor store to get some Thunderbird
and smokes." At least that what it means in NYC.

or schlepping over to the computer repair joint to get Norton removed?

There are a growing number of cases where Norton seemed OK
for months on end only to suddenly put the boot in.

Norton and McAfee are both bad ideas, especially for Windows Mail, but also
for any version of Windows released since 2000.
