Does MSIE 6 have Flash player built-in?

Does a Flash player come with MSIE 6? I ask because I find that when I
visit certain sites MSIE shuts down and the person who made my computer
and installed MSIE said that it could be due to needing to download and
install the latest version of Flash player.

However I had visited these problem sites before he recently
re-installed all my programs including MSIE after a re-format and found
no problem, so if Flash comes with MSIE it makes no sense as I had no
probs before, but if Flash is a separate plug-in then it could make
sense as I can't find a Flash player program on my computer and there
may have been one before the re-format.
