does mp3 work with frontpage 2003

I compressed an m3u to a wave file but it is far too long in downloading. So
I compressed into an mp3 file. It is on my desktop, and I can play it form
there. But when I ask frontpage to upload it to my site, it cannot find it
on the desktop. Can anyone please help me? thanks ps my email is
(e-mail address removed) for some reason this site will not accept it. thanks
