Does Microsoft have people monitor this forum?

In view of all the posts since early morning, it would appear that Microsoft
should be aware that there is a problem updating MSAS. Do they have someone
monitoring this site, or are we all just posting for no good reason? I know
it's a beta program, but I hope they can react to a problem which seems to
affect a considerable number of users. My confidence in the program is
diminishing rapidly.
 
John, could not agree more. I posted this problem on six sites yesterday
(including this one) between 7.30-11.50 am GMT, still the problem exsists at
10.50 am GMT the following day.. hello MS anyone there?

MS knows.
Try again in 48 hours.
 
There are probably two main reasons many people seem to forget.
1. This is a Beta, probably lower priority than other issues.
2. Weekend, See #1 above.
