Does DELL "HT" (hyper-threaded) always have 800 Mhz FSB?

I'm looking to buy a Dell GX270 from Ebay and I want one with an 800 Mhz
Front-Side Bus (FSB). A lot of sellers don't mention FSB speed but many
are designated as "HT" so can I rely on that to mean that it has an 800
Mhz FSB? It's getting to be a pain asking each seller, some of which
don't answer probably because they don't know what I'm asking.

The Dell specs found here show 3 different CPU/Buss combos and 2
different memory speeds.

HT stands for Hyper Threading and applies solely to the CPU not the memory.

Looks like, if I understand this correctly, the 3 Ghz & lower HT
models must have 800Mhz FSB (assuming the unit is factory):

"... If you have a 3.06 GHz or faster processor, you can use HT with a 533
MHz FSB. However, if your processor is 3.06 GHz or slower, you must have
an 800 MHz system bus and the system board must be using one of the
following chipsets"

and one more thing, these ebay sellers are not answering when I ask them
what the FSB speed is. so I should probably also tell them how to find
out, does that show up in the BIOS screen prior to boot?
