I think you find that controller only supports hard drives, not other ATA
devices such as CD Roms. Put your hard drives on the rocket and the CD on
the motherboard controller

Question:
Does the Rocket133S Host Adapter support other types of IDE devices?

Answer:
Not at this time. The card currently supports hard disk drives, but not
ATAPI devices such as CD-ROM, tape or Zip drives. However, we are
developing ATAPI driver support for this product, so future BIOS/driver
revisions may support additional IDE devices.
