Does C# support generics AT THE MOMENT?

of course i already tried to find the answer using google. although i found a lot of pages no one said definitely YES or NO.

No, it doesn't (unless you count betas of Whidbey, or the modified
version of Rotor).
 
do you know when the C# specification 2.0 is going to be released? What will

I believe the version will be 2.0 - I don't know when the final version
of the spec will be released.

There's an preliminary spec on C# 2.0 that's already up on
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vcsharp/team/language/default.aspx. The language
will be close to that spec in the final release.

We haven't yet talked about when we'll release an updated spec, but it's
likely we will do something around the time the beta ships.
