Does BCM in outlook 2003 enable me to make email boilerplates?

I frequently write the same types of email to my prospects and clients. Does
business contact manager have a folder for email boilerplates that I write.
Goldmine has this function. Thanks

As an active sales professional, I generate a ton of followup e-mail every
day.

You can mail-merge into any standard Word document and e-mail merge from
that with 1 click.

This gives you maximum flexibility.

This applies to both Outlook Contacts and Business Contacts.
Select a few contacts, choose Tools -> Mail Merge
Merge to E-mail
While in Word, click the Merge to Email button on the Mail Merge toolbar.
