Does AutoArchive apply to contacts?

I use Outlook only for contacts. I am working on entering about 300-400+
contacts.
These contacts will be updated twice every year. I have received the
AutoAchive window, and do not understand, it is not clear if this applies to
email only or everything in Outlook. What happenes to my contacts if I click
OK? Will I not have direct access to them in outlook? I do not use outlook
for email. Thanks.

No, and you can tell this by right-clicking a Contacts folder and choosing
Properties. There will be no AutoArchive tab.
