Does anyone use Banners?

MS Newsgroups

Although I like the colors, they are hard to use. In trying to make them
simple MS has made them inflexible. For example, I can't find a way to
change the font size of the text inside the banner. Is this possible?

they do a banner programme which is really easy to use and is very flexible.

Thanks, but that fix will change ALL the fonts throughout the site, not just
the one that won't fit on the page.
