If you want people to answer, stop SHOUTING.

Also, try clicking on the + (plus sign)

The biggest problem is using the microsoft CDO instead of a real news
reader.

People using the MS web site to post queries in a newsgroup
have a problem understanding how to view replies.

This posting will likely not be seen by you or many others
at the MS web site which uses CDO for Windows 2000
to create postings.

If your being ignored maybe it is for a good reason.
There are limited experts to millions of questions, here is how you can
help.
First off, has the question been asked recently and did you bother to look
for it in the group before posting.
Have you searched google for a possible solution
Did you check the MS KB help system for your problem
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;[ln];kbhowto
Did you press F1 and check help
I spent 8hrs today answering questions and enjoyed it but there is no way I
managed to answer more than about 50 folks.
And my solution might not of been the right one, but it still took me
30min.
Did you form your inquiry in the form of a question?
Did you provide enough info, like what did the error message say, did you
just install something, it was working before it did this...
If you have knowledge about a subject chip in. If you don't be show some
patience. Most of the experts in these groups do it out of the goodness of
their hearts, we don't get paid by MS.
