Hi Tim,
that's the nature of newsgroups, that you find more questions than answers
.... ;-) But quite a lot of them IS answered by our MVPs and other helpful
people, many of them regularly and frequent. A big THANK YOU to them at this
occasion!
But, most of us are no Microsoft employees, but users like you and me, from
all over the world (I myself come from Germany and I don't work for
Microsoft). Though, Microsoft people like John Langhans pop up quite
frequently here and contribute help and insider views - THANKS to him, too.
So just continue to post your questions here, and maybe someday you might
belong to those answering other questions and contributing to the community
of the newsgroup users.
