Sure it's not nwiz.exe /install? If it is, this sounds like an Nvidia
thing....what video card do you use?
Install Pending-SIFXINST.EXE

Could be a trojan, could be Lanovation software.

I found both of these during a google search - google is your friend!

Questions for you:
Is your firewall enabled?
Do you have good, current-generation antivirus software running, kept
updated, and have you run a full scan recently?
Have you downloaded & installed the latest versions of Spybot & AdAware,
updated them, and run full scans to look for/clean malware?
Is Windows patched fully via Windows Update?

Hello,
I'm not on my admin account so ,I will say you could be right on that
nwiz.exe,
I will check on it,and yes I do have Nvidia thing..
Not sure though if I have a Lanovation software, for sure never downloaded one.

To answer your questions:
Yes to all,double that.....

nwiz.exe = NVIDIA nView Wizard

Related to nVidia graphic cards drivers.

[[Application enables user to having 32 virtual desktops, get a desktop
larger than the viewable area of the monitor, being able to divide the
display across more than one monitor, managing applications and many more
functionality.]]

This is a non-essential process.

NVIDIA Home
http://www.nvidia.com/page/home

You may want this, but you do not need it running.

If you don't want it running, delete nwiz from here...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
nwiz
REG_SZ
nwiz.exe /install

Thank you,
I saved it,and then deleted it,if something goes wrong I will put it back.
