Well--we are testing beta1 now:

If you mean when is beta2, we don't know.
If you mean when will testing be completed and the final app be available,
we also don't know.

In the Message Center, bottom right of the main screen of
the Anti-Spyware Beta1, mine says that the program has
150 day(s) till this version expires... July 31, 2005 and
to please contact Microsoft for an updated version.
I am wondering??? what is going to happen when this one
expires... will it shut down, or just have a splash
screen with an alert to visit Microsoft and will there be
a Version 1.0 at this time instead of another Beta.

I am not sure what the current beta 1.0.509 would do at that point. I would
guess there will be more beta versions before July 31st though. And at any
rate, seems that you could manually go to the MS website to download a new
version sometime on or before July 31st.
And since we are testing beta versions right now. It's very likely that non
of the beta versions will auto update to the non-beta version in the future.
But maybe a future beta version will do that. Either way, we have been told
that home users will be able to download a free non-beta version in the
future. And I would guess that non-beta version will be available before
July 31st for manual downloading.
Maybe someone within can enlighten us more. Though July 31st is still a long
way off and I see any any need to know details now since those details would
most likely change anyways at this point. Seeing as we are only testing Beta
1 so far.
