I have these two programs in my startup list:

aro
ebrq

Are these spywares or what they are associated with.

Please reply.
 
Are these *.PDF files possibly? Run START->SEARCH and locate them on your
computer.
 
Oops...sorry...that was from me...I just installed a new OS and forgot to
reset the properties after having to set OE back up.

Adaware, SpybotSD or a good antivirus might give you a clue.
Programs with names like these are seldom good news.
