.... read through a folder full of files (preferably .doc, .rtf or
..xls) and compare with the fonts installed on a system to produce a
list (either on screen or as a text file) showing either (a) a
complete list of fonts that those files use or better yet (b) all
fonts said files use that are NOT installed on the machine in
question?
Reason I ask is that I often move Word and Excel files between
machines and don't always have the same set of fonts available on each
machine. I _do_ have a shocking collection of fonts on one of these
machines so that I am almost certain to have the needed font there
somewhere but since the machines are in two locations most of the time
it's not easy to simply copy said fonts to a CD-R or floppy.
